I have logged into to take my exam. I go to my assessments and when I push the launch button it asks me to re login into my account. Once I put my credentials in it says it is the wrong user name or password although it is the exact same user name and password used to log into my account. I reached out to Kryterion and they said to reach out to you all since the problem is from the HUD website. Any help would be greatly appreciated ASAP. The exam has been rescheduled for Monday and I need help in this manner/
