Hello,

I passed my HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam on October 16th, 2023, via online examination.

As instructed by HUD's training website, I forwarded it to FHA, unaware that I had failed to register with the FHA Connection website. I then registered with the said website and waited for my confirmation email.

This morning I received an encrypted message that my application was rejected because they could not recognize my SSN.

It is possible that during the online examination I may have mistyped my SSN when I took the exam. How can I go about correcting this so that I may register as a Housing Counselor?
