i have reported the issue below and you have not solve my problem:
I registered and paid for my HUD Counselor Exam online and was scheduled to take it on 11/13/23. I set it up to take it in my office. However when I submitted my biometrics, the rep could hear employee voices outside my office because although I have a separate office and I can closed my door, voices could be heard because we have more than 10 employees!
Therefore, I asked them if I could reschedule without any additional charge to take this exam from my home, and they approved it and they also re-scheduled my exam to be taken on 11/17/23 at 8am from home.
On 11/17/23 at 7:30am, I signed in to take my exam and my exam was not showing on my assessments! I spent an hour communicating with I chatter with your dept with no positive results becuse your dept said I was not scheduled at all! same day I received an email from Kryterion/Webassessor stating that my exam had expired because of no show! Due to this situation, I need a reimbursement so i can reschedule my exam soon.
I need a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you
