Please explain "other": My exam was scheduled for October 2nd at 10am EST.
After testing the computer it stated I met all requirements but when I went
to take the exam I was unable to. IT was able to look and see what the
problem was and wasn't able to identify anything. We now have a specific
computer set up for this and I am able to move forward with the exam.
