Hello, my name is Jayna Johnson. I am the Housing Education & Resource Manager at Tennessee Housing Development Agency, who oversees our HUD program and Homebuyer Education network partners. I was contacted by a network partner, Lydia Hoskins, who completed the exam online today (12/14) but upon completion and while reviewing her exam, she was asked to scan her room and notified that she would not be able to submit.
