I was not able to take the HECM Exam on 12/21/23 at 2:00 PM due to computer issues. I received support messaging that I could not be seen on my camera even though the camera was working on my end. I was asked to reboot my computer which took two tries and so long that I missed my exam window. Please refund me the $100 payment for this exam so that I can retake at a later time.
