My test was suspended and I need to know how to proceed. I was told that I was not looking at the camera and my test is suspended due to behavioral or environmental requirements, and that I cannot continue.

I was told that I would need to reach out to HUD Counseling by the Kryterion chat to see how to proceed with my exam. I was told my exam is security suspended.

I would like to know how I go about rescheduling my exam. I was using a computer with a large monitor that did not have a built in camera. I was looking at the monitor and not sure why there was an issue.

I would like to know if there is a way to dispute this. If it is an issue with my computer. I don't have a problem going to a test taking site so that I can re-take the exam.
