I register for an exam at the test center and am scheduled for 2/17/2024. I got an email on 2/16/2024 showing me my schedule to be canceled, and they rescheduled for me for 2/29/2024 which is the week my husband has surgery. So I registered for the exam online on 2/17/2024 and passed the exam already. I hope to cancel my test center exam because I don't need to test it again, and hope to get a full refund. Submitted a refund request on 2/18/2024. Submission #98. Please help check the process. Thank you.
