I was originally scheduled to take the HECM Exam last Wednesday but the camera on the WebAssessor site was unable to lock in onto my face after trying for almost an hour. I was able to reschedule for a later time that day to keep trying but then ran out of time and patience. I reschedule to take the Exam today but when I logged in to this site, it says I am not scheduled. I noticed the warning that the site is still under maintenance so I am wondering if maybe that is what is causing the glitch. I don't want to have to pay again and need to get this scheduled ASAP. Please get back to me as quickly as possible. Thank you!
