I tried to access the online certification exam after completing the registration process (I took my photo and I paid for the exam). I received an email confirmation with my exam date and time (July 1, 2024 @ 1730), but, now the website is saying that I need to begin the exam process. I contacted Kryterion Support, which they were unable to assist. They provided me with this contact link. I look forward to hearing from someone soon as I would like to reschedule the exam.
