Dear Stella,

The training content is reviewed and updated on a periodic basis to maintain accuracy and relevance. Each time the online modules, Practice Exam and Knowledge Assessment are updated, the status resets because the new modules and assessments have not been completed. 

Please note, HUD does not track individual candidate progress in completing the training modules. The Online Training Status is available for candidate reference only.

Also, the website is currently undergoing maintenance. Please check back in soon to review the training materials.
