Ticket from Cheryl Thompson - Certification Exam

I tried to reschedule my exam on Wednesday for July 13th for July 20th and the system would not allow me to reschedule with repaying another fee. I called HUD to finally spoke to someone and she told me that she was going to forward my information to someone to contact me. I finally received this email Below on Thursday, at 2pm, while I was on Zoom doing live HUD Counseling Training from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and did not see the email because I was in training and I was in the manuals studying afterwards. I should not have to pay another fee because I tried to reschedule before the 24 hour cancellation. Did not see this email until after 10 pm Evening. Changing Online/Onsite Registration Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam section of your User Profile Dashboard . Follow the steps under Reschedule an Exam to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.
