My name is Decovan Dufort. Last week I sent in a support ticket because I signed up for an exam and when I went to take it it said I wasn't enrolled. I never received any response beyond the email stating that it was being looked into and someone would get back to me soon. Yesterday I realized that when I went to my account on the hudhousingcounselor.com website that it said I was actually enrolled. Assuming that the problem had been fixed without my knowledge I went to take the exam this morning. So I hit launch exam which brought me to web assessor which says I have no scheduled exam found. I understand that I missed my previous date because I wasn't able to log in last time but there seems to be no way for me to change my exam date and time. I would appreciate any assistance as I need to take this exam as soon as possible.
