I paid for the test, which we started in September, but we encountered technical difficulties. We rescheduled, yet there was no follow-up from your end. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have received no response. I paid the $60 but could not take the test due to your faulty website. No response from your help support - KRYTERION Technical Support at 1-877-313-2008 or 1-602-659-4679. The phone numbers do not work and the live chat does not work, too.
