Hi,
I've tried twice now to take the online proctored exam, and both times it hasn't allowed me to take it. I hit the launch button and it takes me to another page that says I've logged out, but doesn't let me log back in. I've spent $120 at this point trying to take the HUD housing counselor exam and haven't been able to speak to anyone. When I go to the Kryterion chat, it tells me that they're unable to assist me and to contact HUD. When I contact HUD, I get a support ticket and nothing ever happens and the problem continues to NOT be solved. I've spent $120 and still haven't taken the exam. Please have a human contact me to resolve this matter, as it's become laughable at this point. The HUD contact number says leave a voicemail and then states the voicemail system is not set up. Please, please, please assist me in this matter, as I'm losing way too much money to not have this matter resolved and to continue not being able to take the test.
