Online Training Issue - Access

The caller couldn't access the training materials. I informed the caller about the technical specifications required to run the program and guided the caller to "Technical Support" area on the website. The caller speculated that it might be because they were using their work computer.

The caller then said "and once I finish the training, I take the exam?" I informed the caller that the Final Rule had not been published and so the exam was not yet available.
The caller asked how many questions would be on the exam. I informed the caller that as the exam was not yet available, I could not answer that question.
The caller asked if taking the exam made one "HUD certified." I said as the Final Rule had not been published, I could not say for certain, but that it was the general idea.
