Hello Terri,

Support has temporarily disabled TFA on your account. You may now log back into your account and re-setup TFA on your device to use when logging in moving forward. 

TFA cannot be permanently removed from any user accounts.

I am reaching out to HUD concerning a few this. First thing is I am trying to reschedule myself to take the HUD Housing Counselor Exam and I can't get in because of this two-factor authentication I reached out a day ago to inform some one that I am not able to get it to work for me and the email address that I am you in not working, so I don't what to do. I have asked if this can be removed, and I really haven't received a straight answer. I don't have a phone number to actually speak to someone there and I need to also talk to someone about the HUD Housing Counselor Exam. Can I please get someone to call me back, and please remove the two-factor authentication from my login because I have to schedule a time for the exam, and I can't at this point Please help me I need to schedule a time for the exam asap my name and number is Terri Turner Kennedy (2050246-6227 I would prefer a call
