Good Morning,
I passed my HUD Certification Exam on 7/30, and I have been unable to transfer my results to FHA, and now I've received this email stating that my SSN is not found on the counseling roster. Please help me with this issue, as it is very frustrating to have passed my test, but I'm unable to complete the process. Thank you.

I passed my HUD Counselor's Exam on 7/30, and I have not been able to transfer my results to FHA. I have reached out numerous times, and received emails that are of no avail to me. The Counselor ID that I was emailed doesn't work either. I worked hard to pass this exam, and it's frustrating that I'm not able to transfer the results, or even receive any help with it.
