I'm trying to send my results to FHA Connection but keep getting errors and are unable to move to the next step. I'm thinking it's because of my user id possibly. My user id is my personal email and that's where I received the email after my exam with the "Pass" results and the next steps to take. But, when I tried to register on FHA Connection I'm entering my email as my work email. Please help. My phone # is 978-337-2419 if a call would be easier to get this straightened out. Thank you
