I am only able to log in on my phone. I do not receive the application verification code when I try to log in on my computer and therefore cannot enter it.

Support has reset the TFA on your account. Please try and log in again from your computer - the website should prompt you to set up the TFA from scratch as before. Hopefully this resolves the issue.
