- A screen shot showing the transaction details in the credit card Statement - Amount paid - Date of Payment - Last four digits of credit card - Name on credit card if different from your own - Credit card type (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc....)

Thank you for responding. The issue is that I got an error message after trying to pay. This was earlier, which is why you don't see it here. The last four is 4360. My name is on the card. I tried to do it today, August 6th, and I used a Visa debit card, not a credit card.
I tried to pay for the HUD Certification, but I got an error message after entering my card information. I double-checked, and all the information was correct.
