Dear Jennifer,

Your session has been reviewed and it has been determined that your exam will be reinstated to pick up where you left off. Your exam has been rescheduled to August 15th ay 10:45AM. You will receive an updated email from Webassessor regarding your new scheduled time. 

If this time does not work for you, you are able to reschedule your exam to a better date and time in your My Account Exam Status center.

We have also reset your account so that you should be able to log into your account.

Hello Jennifer,

Attached below are the instructions for Google Authenticator to help set up the required Two Factor Authenticator for your account. You will need to download an authenticator application on your mobile device to access verification codes to be able to log in.

Still have not heard back from anyone regarding my test suspension and cannot log in to the website. It has been 2 weeks. I have received emails saying someone will contact me but haven;t heard from a live person. They have told me to contact bixal and then sent email that they are no longer the contact . I am just trying to finish my test that was suspended and also trying to log on. PLEASE PLEASE HELP Thanks
