Good morning,
I'm a leader in the training department of our non profit housing agency and I'm supporting the new counselors through the certification process. One of my counselors, Tina Hill (tpontius@greenpath.com) has been blocked since she needs to take the certification today from her personal laptop and needed to reset her TFA. She has tried multiple times and as you can imagine is very stressed about not having access to the exam prior to it.
Please, we need your help soon to give her the access to it.
Can you please reach out to her us myself to discuss the best ways to give her access.

The two factor authenticator has been reset on the user's account. They may now able to log in to to re-setup the authenticator.
