Hello,

Support has reset the TFA function and unlocked the account. The user may now go into her account and sign in and set up the TFA feature as new.

My coworker has been unlocked out of her account since passing her HUD Certification exam. Please inform me of where she should go, or who she should contact to reset her password and gain access to her account. She needs to transfer her results to FHA Connection, and has not been able to. Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.
