I cannot log-in to my account. After scanning the code, I logged in and did a dual authentication step. It logged me in and sent me an email thanking me for setting up. I studied for HUD exam tomorrow then logged out to try on my phone. Now, it asked for authentication code but I do not know how to generate one and there is no QR code to scan!
