Receiving an error "contact support to reset your access"
I'm trying to schedule the HECM test. Getting an error about 2 factor authentication and now this error.

Hello,
Support has reset your account, you may now go in to set up and use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in.
