Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

Good morning, Unfortunately one of our counselors got locked out of your website and unable to rest her Two-Factor Authentication. Is there a way that this can be rest so that she can schedule her HUD housing certification attempt? Her name is Fatima Glass (fglass@greenpath.com) If you can do this as soon as possible, I'd greatly appreciate it since we need her to be certified today.
