Hello,

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked.

I am having difficulties logging in. I've reset my password, and it still will not let me in to take the assessment exam to become a certified counselor. If you could provide me with a phone number to call for technical support in this matter, it would be so greatful or contact me at 813-671-6102.
