The code should be in the application you downloaded. Are you able to share which Authenticator you downloaded? Is it Google, Microsoft or other?

I can't sign into my account because I don't know where the verification code is sent. I have downloaded Authenticator on my phone. I've been trying for a week to figure this out. All I need is the verification code. Thank you.
