Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

It keeps asking me for a two-facto authentication. I do not know where to find this and it's getting aggravating.
