Hello,

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

I am not receiving the authentication code necessary to log in when I attempt to. I have the HUD Counselor's exam tomorrow morning and will need this in order to take that test.
