Original Ticket Body: I am having trouble setting up two factor authentication. Although i scanned the QR code and added the hud-exam-hub-cynthia.arone@greaterbergen.org to the authenticator i use for work, it is not working. It still says 2FA needs to be set up and i will be locked out after the next use. It does not accept the codes which are generated using this authenticator. Please help! My cell is 845-596-0571 and my office is 201-968-0200 ext.7070. Thank you in advance

Dear Cynthia,

Support has reset the attempts to log in. 

It appears that your TFA is not currently set up. I'm unclear if your TFA was previously enabled but was disabled.

Once you log in, you'll need to re enable your account. It sounds like you're familiar with the TFA process but below I have added two links, one for Microsoft and one for Google, to assist you in any additional help you may need.

another one from me - i took the HUD Housing Counseling Exam and passed. On your site, i filled out the steps to have my results transferred. I received an email with a link to the user profile. The link leads nowhere. I have inserted the email below Congratulations! You have successfully transferred your HUD Housing Counselors Certification written exam results to FHA Connection. To continue the process to become certified, you must begin your HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in FHA Connection. To complete this step, you will need to enter your Counselor Exam ID, which is also available in your User Profile. • Your Counselor Exam ID: NJ13689054 Please help me with this.
