Hello,

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am having the most frustrating time getting someone to help me reset my password. I had a HUD exam scheduled for 9/11 now I have to reschedule because I cant get in to the HUD exchange site that I access everyday i went to log in and it said access denied contact support I send emails to support with no luck I am sent a link that doesnt work to reset my password I call the number 210 489 1461 to leave a voicemail it doesnt work!!! This has been going on since Thursday I have so many reference numbers I dont know where to start .I have to take my HUD exam can someone please call me or just HELP!!!
