Hello,

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Hi. Today I tried to log into my account. I was told to reach out to you. I have taken my exam to be a counselor and there was technical issues with getting it sent from the texting site to HUD and NOW I am having issues getting the certificate sent to FHA.
