I don't see that you are currently or were registered for an exam. I am unsure as to why you would have a "Launch Exam" button on your profile and will escalate this to my IT team.

Good morning, It appears that I have been registered for an exam under my HUD Account Dashboard without my knowledge. I am hesitant to launch it, as I am unaware of what it is. Would you be able to provide any clarification, please? I already completed my HUD Counselor exam on 02/09/2023. Calin G.
