Can someone go in and change my name in my candidate account to Daniel from Dan so that I can take the exam tomorrow after having my ID verified. I changed my profile last Thursday to read Daniel to match my driver's license, but Kryterion tells me it is still showing up as Dan.

Original Ticket Body: I need my name changed in the system to read "Daniel" instead of "Dan." I have tried to take the exam twice and have been denied because my ID (driver's license) reads "Daniel" and they are telling me my name is listed as Dan. I updated my profile last Thursday. Can someone please help me with this? Please. I have been on the HECM Roster for 20 years and taken the exam 5 times in the past and never encountered a problem.
