Hello,

I think this problem should be resolved. I unfortunately just had to reschedule for another day to test. When I submitted this ticket, the people at Kryterion said I had to contact HUD's Webessor. I DID get my information corrected before I sent this ticket, but they kept telling me to contact you guys about sending them confirmation or something along those lines that I got it updated....REGARDLESS, I don't think this should be a problem once I reschedule.

I do appreciate your time and following up with me however.

I had a typo on on my account and I have updated my information on HUD website but need it updated with the webessor so that I can take the test.
