I am unable to login to my HUD user account, when I put in my username and password it says to "Contact support to reset your access" and when I try to reset my password it also says "Contact support to reset your access" and does not take me to a screen where I can reset my password. Instead it takes me to the main home page. I need to register for my HUD exam ASAP

Hello,
Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
