Hello I am having issues wit ha question that was on the exam . The question is A potential homebuyer with minimal savings for a down payment and a low credit score is most likely to qualify for which mortgage? The two answers I am seeing are conflicting one answer is FHA the other is USDA? I see in various forums I have looked under about the test this is a question a lot of us are running into this same issue with the answer . Can someone clarify as the correct answer is very important to us. One of my study guides say USDA while one says the answer is FHA? Can you or someone look into this ..
