Greetings
I tried on 10/1/2024 to take the HECM exam and the first time I tried to get it to Launch I got a blank white screen. The second time I was locked out and couldn't reset my passcode. I need to take the HECM exam so if I can get help resetting my passcode and to see if I can be rescheduled since I had a system issue and wasn't able to take the test after paying for it.
