The issue of me not being able to login has NOT been resolved. I have put in a ticket last week. additionally, I requested to reschedule my exam date for Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 2:00pm, Los Angeles, California time. I don't understand why I can't receive a phone call as this has been a reoccurring problem. I really need to get this resolved.
