Hello,
It very much does appear that someone is editing the training ad hoc. I have, in the past several weeks encountered multiple instances of conflicting information. Most recently concerning lender approvals of refinancing options in Module 4.2 at or around slide 22.
On the informative slide it says that a lender will most likely not approve a refinance if the LTV is over 45%. On the knowledge check just one slide later it states that it should be no more than 43%. Then the feedback for the answer states that it should be no more than 36%.
I have also encountered multiple instances during knowledge checks with repeat answers/options on the same question. This is also the case with the question mentioned above but certain is not the only case.
Please have whomever is editing this course either stop, or much more carefully check their work. This is making it incredibly difficult to provide accurate information to training participants who are trying to pass their HUD exams.
Thank you,
Jeremy Hayes
