I am logged in to your website and and have completed the first two training modules but they don't show up as being completed. I have completed the first one twice but still get a message that says, "you have not started any training modules yet". Do you have any suggestions for me?

Support is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.
