Aloha, I have two users at our organization who are currently training to become certified HUD counselors. They keep receiving a notification about having MFA set up however upon clicking on the notification, it takes them to their profile page with nothing there to add to their authenticator app. Are we missing something? I believe they said they have one more login before being unable to access the training module. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
