I created an account a few days ago. I took the knowledge assessment and have completed into module 4 however, my account states I have not started or taken the knowledge assessment. Why is that? How do we fix it?

Support is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.
