Hello, I'm in the middle of training and one of our housing counselors is unable to log in to schedule her certification due to an error that she keeps getting every time she's trying to log in: 'Contact support to reset your access' Participant's name: Marilourdes Miranda Email: mmiranda@consumerpr.org Is there a way that this can get resolved so that she can schedule her certification?
