Hello,

Upon completion of the certification exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next steps. Those who fail receive an email report with information as described in the practice exam feedback explanation. Passing scores are not provided to test takers, but those who do not pass can access their scaled score on the User Profile page of their HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov account.

Note: The minimum passing score is 500. Test takers do not receive information on topic area weighting with their exam scores. For most information, please visit the HUD FAQ on scaled scoring.

Dear Alexis, 

We show that you took your exam November 15th, 2024. We also see your exam results on your user dashboard under the Exam Status tab.

Please provide any screen shots or URL's of where it says you have to log into the website to get your exam score and feedback. You should have received an email with feedback after your exam, sometimes it can take up to 7 hours to receive that email. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk email box.

I went and took the Hud exam but the test results didn’t come straight to my email. It said I had to get on this site and it did pop up my score one time but it didn’t say what sections I need to study. Then I click back onto the site and it said I never took a test even when I was trying to reschedule the test cause I wasn’t ready to take it. It was saying that I never purchased a test even though I had printed out and had the information in my email so I should be able to go take the test, but I think it has a lot of stuff that needs to be figured out on this new updated site because it limited access to you
