Original Ticket Body: My exam was suspended shortly after I began test this morning. I was only on question 8 or 9. I wasn't given any viable feedback regarding the reason. A ticket regarding the issue was submitted around 1pm, I received an update stating the suspension issue was being investigated. I am trying to find out if the investigation has been completed or what the timeframe looks for an exam suspension investigation? Is there a number I can call for immediate help?

Original Ticket Body: A ticket was submitted about 40 min ago regarding suspended exam. I was provided feedback stating the issue was being investigated. How long is the investigation process? I provided the information as to the reason the exam was being suspended, however this information was limited to testing area not able to be verified. This process has been extremely frustrating. Testing from home doesn't equate to unethical behavior. If there was an available testing site in my area, I absolutely would have tested there instead to avoid tech issues or assumptions.
