I am trying to send over my test results to get my Exam ID to move forward in the process.

I keep getting this error: Error transmitting results: Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.

I am 100% certain I am filling out my information correctly. What do I have to do to rectify this situation?

Attempting to send over my certification results leads to this error. I'm certain that I'm filling out all of my information correctly.
