Hi there, I scheduled to take my online housing counselor certification exam on November 26th and when it was testing my speaker and camera it froze and I was unable to continue. I waited and tried to refresh and it wouldn't budge. My employer paid for this exam and I would like to reschedule to take it again in January of 2025. Can this be rectified and can there be a refund provided and or utilized for the next scheduled test? Also, this is my 3rd attempt to contact someone on this matter. Thank you.
